2. Orders & Payment

Currency & Tax

All product prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams, AED, and already include the applicable 5% Value Added Tax, VAT, in full compliance with UAE federal tax regulations.

Order Confirmation

3. Delivery Terms

Complimentary Shipping

We offer free delivery to all residential and commercial addresses across the seven Emirates of the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain, at no additional charge.

Expected Delivery Window

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days. This estimate excludes weekends and officially observed public holidays. Occasional delays may arise due to:

• Traffic congestion or unforeseen logistical disruptions
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable delivery details

Your Responsibility as a Customer

It is the buyer’s obligation to supply correct and complete delivery information at the time of purchase. AMSUA UAE cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from errors in the details provided.

4. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility Window

Customers may submit a return request within 15 days of receiving their order. Returns are accepted exclusively for items that arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Supporting evidence will be required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following product categories cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Perishable items such as fresh flowers, chocolates, and edible gifts
• Personalised or made-to-order products customised to the buyer’s specifications

Refund Processing

Once a return is reviewed and approved by our team, the corresponding refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will not be initiated until the return has been fully validated.

5. Your Rights as a Consumer

In accordance with applicable UAE Consumer Protection legislation, every customer is entitled to:

AMSUA UAE’s responsibility does not extend to losses or inconveniences arising from:

• Delivery failures or delays resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, labour disruptions, or public health emergencies
• Any damage or deterioration of products caused by misuse, tampering, or modifications made after delivery
• Service failures by independent third-party courier partners, including but not limited to Aramex, Fetchr, or equivalent providers

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, or to pursue resolution through mutually agreed-upon arbitration proceedings.

8. Right to Modify These Terms

AMSUA UAE reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any section of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time. Revised Terms become binding immediately upon being published to our website. We encourage customers to review this page periodically.
