No minimum order required. Every purchase qualifies for free delivery.
- Estimated Arrival: Within 1 to 3 working days from the time your order is confirmed.
- Order Cut-off: Submit your order before noon, 12:00 PM, Sunday through Friday to have it processed on the same working day.
- Live Tracking: You will receive automatic status updates via SMS and email so you always know where your parcel is.

- Orders must be submitted before 12:00 PM to qualify.
- Your delivery will arrive by 9:00 PM, UAE local time.
- A small additional fee may be applicable depending on your location.

If Delivery Is Unsuccessful
Wrong Address Provided: Re-routing due to incorrect details may result in an additional re-delivery charge.
No One Available to Receive: Uncollected parcels will be returned to our warehouse and will need to be rescheduled at a convenient time.
