At AMSUA UAE, your shopping experience matters deeply to us. If something does not go as expected with your order, we have made the return and refund process as straightforward as possible.
Return Window
Customers are welcome to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is raised no later than 14 days from the confirmed delivery date.
- The item remains in its original, unused state, complete with all original packaging and attached tags.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice, is included.
- The product shows no evidence of use, damage, modification, or alteration.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain product categories fall outside the scope of our return policy:
- Perishable items such as food products, chocolates, or flowers
- Products that have been custom-made or personalized to order
- Gift cards and store vouchers
- Any item explicitly marked as βFinal Saleβ at the time of purchase
How to Return an Item
Raise a Return Request
Contact our Customer Service team no later than 14 days after delivery.
Receive Authorization
Once verified, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
Pack Your Item
Repack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
Send It Back
Return the item as per the instructions provided by our team.
Review & Resolution
After inspection, eligible refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are generally the customerβs responsibility. However, if the return is the result of our error, AMSUA UAE will cover those charges in full.

Refund Information
All refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5β7 business days from the date we receive the return for processing.
Initial shipping charges are not included in the refund unless the return was caused by our error.
Your bank may require an additional 3β5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please follow the steps below:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photographs of both the item and its outer packaging.
- We will arrange either a complimentary replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
